Comparing air pollution between Martorell and Lleida

We are going to do the following things and compare the following items Neocities.

1. Download data from XVPCA
2. Convert XLS data into CSV using Excel/Libreoffice Calc and Sublime Text
3. Import data to R-Studio and create variables
4. We have created some graphics to compare the pollutants
